Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

I have had this fridge for less than 2 years and had service twice and it still freezes up and leaks water from the freezer portion to the refrigerator portion. Must be defrosted at least once a month just to keep from losing food.I would not recommend this unit. Waste of money in my opinion.

Not Impressed

d*l*b 2/11/2026

This 12.9 cu. foot Top-Freezer Refrigerator has several major flaws. 1. The normal magnetic pull that closes the refrigerator door is almost non-existent. This means that when using this refrigerator, I am constantly double-checking that the door is SEALED. I've never had this happen with any other Frigidaire or Kenmore refrigerator. 2. There is no "door ajar" alarm which requires extra vigilance. 3. The plastic drawers are cheaply made.

Fridge Compressor Repair 8/23/2024

Update to my Do not do it review. My refrigerator™€™s compressor died after two years. I got a hold of Whirlpool through Instagram of all places and there were good to work with. Although I had to call many times, the warranty did say in my manual that the compressor was covered for 5 years. They did finally get a hold of a service company who came out a replaced the compressor. The fridge is working again! Thank you Whirlpool for standing by your warranty.

Don™€™t do it, won™€™t last. Will Whirlpool help

Fridge Compressor Repair 7/29/2024

Have had just over two years and have many of the same issues of water in the fridge, the freezer ices up and leaks down into the fridge. Then gets too cold and stops the cold from going into the fridge. Now the compressor is making noise and not cooling at all. Two years? What are you selling Whirlpool? With all these reviews I do wonder if you will stand behind your product? I will update after I hear from Whirlpool.

Great fridge!!™…˜

Jul57 4/29/2024

I'm super happy with this fridge. It's the perfect size for my cabin and feels very roomy. I gave it a mild renovation when I first got it by removing the upper drawer and a shelf so I could fit tall items in. It makes some interesting quiet gurgling noises but they aren't bothersome at all.

A lemon, no lemonade

Jonny O. 10/31/2023

Bought in 2021. Recently, the freezer iced up and the refrigerator won't stay cold. Before this, water in fridge often. Bad reviews consistent on many sites. This product is a lemon. Whirlpool, what are you going to do to stand by your product? I had a Maytag unit that lasted 20 years. This breaks down in 2?

Non Delivered Appliance

DisgustedCustomer 9/18/2023

I have, as of yet, received the refrigerator. I was supposed to be delivered weeks ago but got "delayed" so it is to be delivered on 9/27 (hopefully). First delivery was canceled the morning of delivery. Apparently someone at Whirlpool screwed up and sent me a delivery confirmation and not a delivery delayed notice.

First one was damaged- never received the 2nd one.

John 11/30/2022

First one came damaged. Second never arrived. After many phone calls (and on hold each time for literally hours) was told it was on back order. Ended up canceling order.

Never received it!

John 11/29/2022

Would not recommend ordering directly thru Whirlpool. They delivered a damaged one at first (Delivery person was rude and took off before I could find out if WP would discount the damaged one). After over 1+hour on hold. was told they would redeliver it next week (new ones are on back order). No call for re-delivery received. Called again-another 1+ hour hold- was told damaged one that was suppose to be delivered was canceled by delivery company. New order put in, was told they would call in 2weeks for new delivery time. No call received. Now on hold for over an hour and still on hold to try and get help. If I can't get it resolved today, I am going to cancel and never order Whirlpool products again. If they can't even get the order process I question the reliability of the product!!!

Piece of Junk Lemon...

Tommy 10/29/2022

Bought in March 2023. Compressor went out in September. Inside 1 year first time ever on any appliance. Manufacturer warranty turned me over to local repair company. 2 weeks to send someone out to diagnose. 3 more weeks to get appointment to replace. Today worker breaks another part while installing. Spends hours trying to solder it to no avail. Now 16 more days until they come back with another new part. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never buy a Whirlpool appliance again.

Does the job

MisTBlu 4/13/2022

I needed a small, counter-depth fridge, and wanted it in glossy black. This fridge fits the bill perfectly. It gets a demerit because of the mismatch in the way the doors open. The freezer slot is on the side and the fridge slot is in front. Yes, it's a small annoyance but it does keep me from truly loving this otherwise fine product. Lastly, I'm still trying to remove the bits of plastic sheeting that was left after the installation. This is a problem because of limited mobility in my dominant hand.

Did I get a Lemon

E. Weis 3/26/2022

I bought a small refri/freezer for my mobile home. It was working great for the first few weeks then died. Needed to wait a week for technician to confirm blown compressor. Now have to wait Again until part is in, then hm, how long for another appt to install. With all this waiting I™€™ve also had to toss lots of food ( and we all know the cost of food these days) and presently living out of a cooler which requires buying ice every other day. So it™€™s not going to be a favorable review.

Fits perfect! Nice size for my needs.

Ljaz 12/14/2021

It replaced a bigger refrigerator and it fits the space so much better. Basically being used as a beverage refrigerator and backup freezer. In reading the instructions do not overload the freezer or it will block the air going to the refrigerator. Have not had any issues.
