Last week I had an Frigidaire FRUF2020AN upright freezer delivered by Home Depot. The day after delivery, I discovered that the door was not sealing properly. I called Home Depot and they sent someone out and determined that there was something wrong with the unit. So I ordered another. The second one arrived today and the first was taken back. Upon plugging in the new unit it, the fan made a very cloud clicking sound. The technicians discovered that the fan was not seated right, so they straightened it out. Then they attempted to change the door swing. They were unable to remove a bolt holding the bottom bracket. So that one went back as well. Home Depot is scheduled to bring another next Wednesday and apparently there was no way to expedite shipment of a replacement, even after two faulty units. There seems to be a real issue with quality with these freezers. I am not very confident that the third attempt will be successful. A reasonable person would ask, why I'm not going with a different manufacturer. My problem is that I need a freezer, and I don't have a faster option. BTW when I called Frigidaire customer support they were no help.

Perfect fit for my garage and home. I shopped around for a new addition to my family needs. This one caught my attention with the size and the ability to be able to put in in a garage. I like how quick it cooled and has kept cool while the temp has not been so cool in the garage.

I love my new upright frost free freezer you can see what is where with out having to dig for it and then not getting it put back in place and the door closing and not to mention the shelves in the door now the small stuff is where it can be found and the color is great and the garage ready motor is a big plus thanks Frigidaire

I like this freezer except for the fan noise.The compressor is quiet but what I believe is the defrost fan makes a terrible rattling noise.This has happened since about 2nd day of ownership.

We decided to upgrade our chest freezer to an upright freezer. We were not looking to go this big but the price compared to a smaller size was a no brainer. The shelves are sturdy in my opinion. Plenty of room for everything!

Loving this freezer so far. The shelves are big enough to fit odd/large packages of frozen goods. Nice amount of door shelves as well. I like the simple temperature control adjustment. No complaints so far after 1 month of use.

We love our new upright freezer! The vertical appliance doesn™™t take up as much space as the horizontal chest freezer, so we have a lot of extra room available now. The freezer works great and we like the shelving space and the basket at the bottom.

this was a replacement freezer and so far so good. The only problem is I paid for the extended warranty on the original purchase for same freezer that expired in 5/2026 and nobody will offer ANY Warranty™¦ if we paid for it we should still have it, wether it be the original or replacement from original purchase.

When my old freezer went out, I had to search quickly for a freezer to prevent losing all my frozen meats and foods. The Frigidaire brand was highly recommended by a nearby store, but they did not deliver. I took that information and ordered it from Home Depot for delivery and set up. It's a beautiful appliance with tons of room and it fit all of my food with room to spare. I went with upright because it's getting harder and harder to retrieve food out of a chest freezer. I love the convenience, capability, and performance of this freezer.
