Compressor broke in 7 1/2 months. Food waste galore. Waiting for replacement parts for repair (did someone say 'no fridge for a week??'- and there's no warranty on the replacement parts!! Crazy! I tried to get the company to exchange for. new one. but they refused. I'm stuck. Even before the compressor issue, I found that vegetables got "frost bite" in fridge and freezer seemed temperamental..... very very disappointing. All this within 1 year warranty (grateful at least for that!) but I'm not particularly hopeful that this fridge will last. For so much to be wrong within such short a time does not create confidence in the appliance or the company. My old fridge lasted 30 years.(zero repairs!) ...this one...pathetic so far. I would NOT recommend it at all.

This refrigerator replaced a 30+ year old Kenmore unit that had really passed its "Use by" date! I had to fit something into a small space, and even had to cancel a previous order (different make and model) when I triple-checked my measurements and discovered it would not fit. This unit fits perfectly! I have 1/2" of clearance at the top, below the cabinets (you know -- where you keep the Christmas dishes you never use). When I open the doors, they come just snug against the opposite entryway opening. So, right off the bat, I'm going to be biased in favor of this unit.But it really is great -- so much more room! The central drawer is incredibly useful (and more than makes up for the lack of a dedicated butter drawer). The freezer (certainly compared to my previous unit) is spacious. Temperatures have been even. The door action is nice. Would recommend!

Seems to work well, a bit louder than my previous refrigerator. Interior space is very good. Only issue is freezer door does not close by itself, must be manually closed.

Good unit just ha a sharp edge in the fride door where metal wraps around. Shelves a little flimsy, but it was not an expensive unit. So im not upset eith these items, just mentioning.

I purchased an almost exact model of Frigidaire's top freezer refrigerator. I was happy that they still made this model. My old refrigerator lasted 13 years...not bad right! The new model is white, clean lines and no handle (i like that) to make it look clunky. There is more room on the inside of the doors which when I put my large items there instead of on a shelf made my frig look empty...room for more goodies. I'm very happy with my new appliance.

Had to replace a perfectly good GE refrigerator after 28 years. The only issue was the drain from the freezer which would freeze and cause water to drain into the refrigerator. After we cleaned it out once, it didn't quite settle back into place and recently learned that it completely broke in two. Should have just called for repair and replacement but after 28 years, felt it was time to just get a new one. I struggled for months, looking at various makes and models. Was quite hard to find anything that would fit the opening and provide the same space/features. We settled on this one because of the size and features, and the fact that it didn't have handles, which was another major issue with the newer models not being cabinet depth. Ever since it arrived, it has made so much more noise. It's the first thing I hear when I walk downstairs or through the back door into the house if it's running. I get that it might run more than my old one to cool more efficiently, but my old standby never made noise like this. Looked at the manual regarding noise, but nothing in there like what I'm hearing. The compressor sound is obvious and could be bearable, but there's an obnoxious vibration/rattling sound. Even my husband keeps talking about it whenever we're sitting in the dining room trying to enjoy a quiet dinner. NOT! Not sure if there's anything that can be done, if I just got a lemon, but for now, not giving it much praise. Plus the freezer is much smaller than what I had but for some reason the door is taller so to get items on the top shelf of the refrigerator, you have to bend down quite a bit. Overall, frustrated.

Nothing fancy but rather pretty in person. Doors close securely but not on their own. A pinch quieter than the 24 year old Frigidaire it replaced. Does not run constantly like I read it might although it™™s Dec and my house is cooler. I have not purchased the optional ice maker. Bought fridge thru Costco and added the 5 year extended warranty since folks say they aren™™t making them like they used to. Just a couple weeks old now. Careful if you™™ve had a recent manicure™¦Lot of tape to peel off after delivery and residue leftover from that tape.

The refridgerator is as expected and perfect as a second "garage" fridge. Arranging the delivery was very challenging, with poor communication from the delivery partner that delayed delivery by at least a week. I had to forgo the "white glove" delivery service that was included with my purchase it order to just get the fridge here in a timely manner. Very disappointing.

The freezer and refrigerator seem to be working well after a week.I had trouble when the installer tried to shift the hinges on the appliance. The top of a screw on the freezer door broke off and he was not able to remove the rest of the screw. The refrigerator was taken back and I was without one for 10 days until another one was delivered. The deliveryman tried to shift the hinges again and was unable to do so. He put it back together and I decided to keep this one. Why was there a problem in shifting the hinges? Better design is needed.

Well I wish the installers would have made sure the door closed. Evidently the plastic insulated edge wasn't straight and the freezer didn't close all the way. We didn't notice it for FIVE days!!!!!!! This type of freezer never really does latch close. You just push it closed. So if something is sticking out the door won't close even if you pushed on it. Hope this makes sense. I wish we'd bought one that had a latch you could hear it close.

The shelf adjustments that are available are wonderful. I was able to fit so much on the shelves. I needed to buy more food so it would look at least decently full. Very satisfied with the set up.

Have measured temps at Normal defaults and perfect -1 F for freezer and 35 F for refrigerator. Runs quietly and not very often. Setup was easy but a lot of tape has to be removed to free everything. Just 2 non tip adjustments on front and that is all if your floor is level. Amazing amount of storage space for 20 cu. ft. as it is well designed.

As this was just installed yesterday I cannot fully comment on the total overall performance of the unit. It has a good layout and visibility of the items in the fridge seems better than previous model we owned. It does seem to have "more space" than the same size capacity model we replaced, perhaps because there is more on the door for easier access and visibility, and as such the depth of the regular shelves is easier to oversee the items better.

Well built, no-frills refrigerator. Sturdy construction with quality to detail evident. We shopped a lot of different options when looking for a refrigerator for our studio rental apartment and this was perfect. One glaring design flaw is there is no cosmetic cover on the bottom door hinge and when you view the fridge it looks as if the piece is missing.

After 30 years I had to replace my Frigidaire refrigerator. In 30 years I never had a problem. Obviously it was a no brainer to replace it with a new Frigidaire. So far, so good. I do, however miss the egg and butter storage in the door.
