The 8-point star-shaped sealed burners have an expansive 20" circumference that ensures even heat distribution across any size or style of cookware. Each burner features 152 precision-control heat ports, delivering three times the flame distribution of any other sealed burner on the market. All front burners deliver 25,000 BTUs for high-heat searing, while all back burners produce 18,000 BTUs for sustained power. Every burner is capable of a gentle 500 BTU warm setting, for the largest range of BTUs - from sears, sautes, simmers, warms and everything in between.

An improved convection fan system promotes more even results, while additional halogen lighting enhances interior visibility.
